The July 2026 housing market across Franklin, Hart, and Stephens counties showed strong sales growth, with 94 homes sold and $37.7 million in sales volume. Compared to July 2025, sales volume increased 28.3%, while closed sales rose 13.3%. The median sales price also climbed to $316,500, up 13.0% year-over-year.
Inventory remained active, with 462 active listings, up 10.0% from last year, giving buyers more options. New listings totaled 156, down 12.8% year-over-year, while 100 homes were put under contract, down 16.0% from July 2025. Month-over-month, sales volume and units sold both increased, while active listings and new listings declined.
