About Event

NAR sets the for professional standard of conduct in the real estate industry. This course gives a brief history of NAR to understand how they incorporated and why. All seventeen articles are covered. This course fulfills NAR's Code of Ethics Training Requirement for REALTOR® members. All REALTORS® are required to complete Code of Ethics Training upon becoming a member, and every 3 years thereafter, coinciding with the Fair Housing / Anti Bias training timeline. This requirement has begun January 1, 2025 with a deadline of December 31, 2027. Commercial Code of Ethics 2.0 (76519) is approved 3 hours of GREC Continuing Education (CE) credit from The Atlanta REALTORS® School of Real Estate (137) upon successful completion of this course.GREC Policy: If you have taken this course in the last 366 days, you will not receive CE credit $25 deposit, refundable upon attendance or cancellation within 48 hours.
