The application for the prestigious 2024 Circle of Excellence is now live! This is your opportunity to be recognized for your outstanding achievements in real estate over the past year.

Candidate Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a current member in good standing with the Georgia Upstate Board of REALTORS® during the entire period of consideration.

• Must have achieved a minimum of $1,000,000 in sales during the period of consideration.

Sales Credit Guidelines:

• List and Sell of property = 100% of sales price credited

• List or Sell of property = 100% of sales price credited

Please Note:

Applications that do not meet the above criteria will be automatically disqualified.

Application Types:

• Individual Agent (Resale, Leasing, and New Homes)

• Team Agent (Agents with one or more licensed assistants)
